Well I was having a lazy Saturday morning when I had a cookbook plonked in front of me and I was asked “Can I have that for breakfast?” To my horror I was looking at a photo of Eggs Royale, having never made hollandaise sauce before I thought this will be good!
The result however was a total surprise and worth every bit of energy it took to beat that sauce to perfection! Hope your having a good weekend, Jack.
